The Singapore Senior Nationals for Épée was held over the first weekend of March, on the 3rd March 2024. Our fencers not only demonstrated their technical skills but also their mental strength in face of intense matches.


Women’s Épée Individual Event:

🥈Silver - Choong Zi Cheng 

🏅5th Place - Nathlie Seetoh 

🏅6th Place - Denise Seah


The Women’s Épée individual event witnessed remarkable prowess by Zi Cheng, who ended the Fencing season with a Senior Silver Medal, while Nathlie and Denise showcased their individual prowess by making it to the Quarter Finals! 


As the season concludes, our fencers will be gearing up for new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead of 2024. Once again, a huge congratulations to our fencers on their amazing performance in this season! 🤺💪🏼


Special mention for our Sportswoman of the year!

A heartfelt congratulations to Choong Zi Cheng for being awarded the Sportswoman of the Year at the 2024 Singapore Polytechnic Excellence Awards! We are extremely proud of your achievements, Zi Cheng! Keep it up, Zi Cheng! 😍




Our fencers performed a remarkable feat of determination and stamina by persevering throughout their fencing matches at the recent 5.1th Moohun Fencing Minime & Veteran 2024 that was held in Thailand. 


Cadet Women’s Épée Individual Event:

🥇Gold - Riddhi Jhurani 


The Cadet Women’s Épée individual event witnessed a remarkable prowess by Riddhi, where she finished with her very first Under 17 Gold medal! She has since levelled up from her previous international competition!



Under 12 Boy’s Épée Individual Event:

🥉Bronze - Wan Xuan Kai Rayvin


Rayvin’s bronze finish in the Under 12 Boy’s Épée individual event showcased his exceptional skills at such a young age! 



Under 10 Boy’s Épée Individual Event:

🥈Silver - Dominic Phey 

🏅8th Place - Kayson Koh 


Despite making their debut in the international fencing stage, Dominic and Kayson immediately clinched the podium with silver and 8th place respectively! 



A heartfelt congratulations to our fencer for their outstanding achievements at the 5.1th Moohun Fencing Minime & Veteran 2024 that was held in Thailand! For now, let’s continue with our training! 🤺💪🏼








Our fencers are set to represent their respective countries at the 2024 Asian Junior & Cadet Fencing Championships in Manama, Bahrain, from 16th to 25th February 2024.
